One of the concerns when buying goods to be shipped overseas is whether the recipient of our gift will be charged Customs Duty or Taxes when receiving the goods. There is nothing worse then sending a gift to someone and they have to pay to get it!
One of the reasons we have chosen to use Print on Demand Services is because they have thought all this stuff through and in particular our RedBubble store even has a reassurance for you here is what they have said:

- Please pay the requested amount, if you’re able.
- Take a photo of the receipt, clearly showing the amount, and that it has been paid.
- Submit a form (using the button below) with your photo of the receipt and order number
- We’ll shoot a refund straight to you for the extra charge and be sure to send a confirmation email”
